plugins. Registered users of our Services are “Members” and unregistered users are “Visitors”.

Creating an account with false information is a violation of our terms, including accounts registered on behalf of others or persons under the age of minimum limit.

Your account must be password protected and should not be disclosed to anyone. You are also agreeing that you will not share your account with anyone else and will follow our rules and the law.

Skillish Members are account holders. You agree to: (1) use a strong password and keep it confidential; (2) not transfer any part of your account (e.g., connections)

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, Skillish DISCLAIM ANY IMPLIED OR STATUTORY WARRANTY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF TITLE, ACCURACY OF DATA, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

5.2 Exclusion of Liability

These are the limits of legal liability we may have to you.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW (AND UNLESS Skillish HAS ENTERED INTO A SEPARATE WRITTEN AGREEMENT THAT OVERRIDES THIS CONTRACT), Skillish, WILL NOT BE LIABLE IN CONNECTION WITH THIS TERMS OF USE FOR ANY LOSS CLAIM OR DEMAND WHICH MAY BE MADE AGAINST YOU OR FOR ANY LOST PROFITS OR LOST BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, REPUTATION (E.G., OFFENSIVE OR DEFAMATORY STATEMENTS), LOSS OF DATA (E.G., DOWN TIME OR LOSS, USE OF, OR CHANGES TO, YOUR INFORMATION OR CONTENT) OR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, IN RELATION TO OR CONNECTED WITH YOUR USE, YOUR ACCOUNT OR YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE Skillish PLATFORM, AND YOU VERILY AND CLEARLY AGREE AND ACCEPT TO KEEP Skillish PLATFORM AND ITS OWNERS ASSOCIATES AND DIRECTORS FULLY INDEMNIFIED AGAINST ANY LOSS CLAIM DEMAND OR COSTS EXPENSES ETC, OF WHATSOEVER NATURE.

Skillish WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU IN CONNECTION WITH THIS CONTRACT FOR ANY AMOUNT OF WHATSOEVER NATURE OR HOWSOEVER RAISED AGAINST YOU .

5. Account Suspension or Termination

If we determine that you have clearly, seriously or repeatedly breached our Terms or Policies, including in particular our Community Standards, Policies and guidelines.  Skillish May at any time, without prior notice and in its sole discretion, remove permanently disable access to your account. We may also suspend or disable your account if you repeatedly infringe other people’s intellectual property rights or where we are required to do so for legal reasons.

We may terminate this Contract at any time by giving you notice and you may also terminate this contract by closing your account. On termination, you lose the right to access or use the Services. However, the following shall survive termination:

6. General Terms

Here are some important and some general details about the Contract.

In case if any of the clause/section of this contract founds to be unenforceable then other clauses of this contract shall remain valid and we both agree that Pakistan Law should modify the terms to make that part enforceable while still achieving its intent. If the court cannot do that, you and we agree to ask the court to remove that unenforceable part and still enforce the rest of this Contract.

This Contract (including additional terms that may be provided by us when you engage with a feature of the Services) is the only agreement between us regarding the Services and supersedes all prior agreements for the Services.

If we don’t act to enforce a breach of this Contract, that does not mean that Skillish has waived its right to enforce this Contract. You may not assign or transfer this Contract (or your membership or use of Services) to anyone without our consent. However, you agree that Skillish may assign this Contract to a party that buys it without your consent. There are no third-party beneficiaries to this Contract.

7. Payment Terms

If a user wants to subscribe Skillish then such a payment shall be made in the account of Skillish.

Such a Payment shall be as per prescribed price stated by Skillish subject to existing offers if any.
